Is Finqle's privacy policy different for Connect users than for merchants?
No, the underlying policy, retention periods and rights are the same. This article highlights the parts most relevant to Connect; the merchant version of Data & privacy (GDPR) has the fuller reference.
Can I ask Finqle to remove a user from my company's Connect account for privacy reasons?
Yes, an Admin can disable a user at any time. See Users & Roles (Connect). Underlying transaction records tied to that user's approvals are still retained per the table above.
