The Projects page gives an overview of all projects in one list. It is the central dashboard for monitoring all projects, while letting you dive into the details of each individual project.
Key features
- Filter tabs: All, Active, Upcoming, Overdue and Closed.
- Project list table, where each row shows:
- Project name
- Company
- Purchase order number (if available)
- Project manager
- Budget usage (balanced, or over/under budget)
- Status (for example Active or Closed)
- Bulk actions: select multiple projects at once to close or re-open them.
Project detail page
This page is the control panel for a single project, showing participants, budget scope and invoices in one place.
Project details
- Assignee: the person responsible for the project.
- Start and end dates: the project timeline.
- Description: the role or type of project.
- Budget: defined spending limits, including current usage and maximum allowance.
Company information
- Shows the contracting company.
- Shows the branch or department, if applicable.
Merchants
- Lists the merchants connected to the project, with their contract start dates.
- New merchants can be added at any time.
Collective invoices
- Shows the invoices tied to the project, with invoice numbers, dates and total amounts.
