Accounts is where you manage and monitor all of your merchant relationships in one place. It gives you a clear overview of who you are working with, their registration details and their approval status.

Overview

At the top you can switch between All, Approved and Pending accounts to filter by the stage of the relationship. Quick search fields for company name, merchant name or email make it simple to locate a specific account.

Each account is displayed in a structured table that shows:

  • Company name: the business entity.
  • Merchant name: the individual contact associated with the company.
  • Email: the primary communication channel.
  • Registration number: the official business registration ID.
  • VAT number: the tax identification reference.
  • Status: whether the account has been approved or is still pending.

From here you can bulk-select accounts for approval or take individual actions. Pagination controls at the bottom let you work through the full list efficiently, for example reviewing 10 at a time.

This section is your control center for merchant onboarding and verification. It keeps up-to-date information and compliance details at your fingertips while streamlining the approval workflow.

After the invitation (reviewing onboarding)

Once invited, merchants receive an email with a link to complete their onboarding. The process includes:

  • Creating an account with Finqle
  • Providing the necessary business information
  • Verification of their identity and business details
  • Signing the required agreements

After merchants complete onboarding they appear as pending accounts, and debtors can approve them from the dashboard.

Note on customization

You can add custom variables and document requirements to the onboarding steps by adding sections to Templates | Onboarding (Connect).
