How to log in to My Finqle, what to expect from our security checks, and how to spot phishing emails that pretend to be from Finqle.

TL;DR

  • Login uses a magic link, so there is no password to remember.
  • Magic links expire after 15 minutes and are single-use.
  • IBAN changes always require an extra verification step (email confirmation or a call).
  • Finqle will never ask for your password, ID or full IBAN by email or phone unsolicited.

Logging in to My Finqle

  1. 1
  2. 2
Enter the email address registered with Finqle.
  3. 3
Check your inbox for a magic link from noreply@finqle.com.
  4. 4
Click the link within 15 minutes. You are in.

Magic link expiry and re-use

  • Expiry: 15 minutes from when it was sent.
  • Single-use: clicking the link consumes it. If you need to log in again, request a new one.
  • Sessions: stay valid for 30 days unless you log out manually.

IBAN change verification

Because this is the highest-risk change in your account, IBAN updates always require:

  • A confirmation email to your existing on-file address, and
  • For direct setups, a verification call from your Account Manager

Your previous IBAN remains active until the new IBAN is verified, so payments in flight are not lost. See Bank Account/IBAN Change Requests.

Phishing red flags

Be suspicious if you receive an email that:

  • Asks you to reply with your IBAN, password or ID document
  • Comes from a domain that is not finqle.com (watch for f1nqle.com, finqle-support.com and similar)
  • Has a magic link that points to a domain other than my.finqle.com
  • Pressures you with urgency ("your account will be closed in 1 hour")
  • Mentions a bonus, refund or unusual payout you did not expect

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

Magic-link login already provides a form of 2FA, because you must control the registered inbox. Optional TOTP-based 2FA remains on the roadmap with no committed ship date as of this review. If you need it sooner for compliance reasons, ask your Account Manager.
